How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your Safiriway account directly from the mobile app.
- Open the Safiriway app
- Go to My Profile
- Select Settings
- Open the Account section
- Tap Delete Account and tap Delete on the prompt
What happens after deletion?
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- Your profile information will be removed
- Your trips and chat history will no longer be accessible
Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes where required, but it will not be used for any other purpose.
