By accessing or using the SafiriWay mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. About SafiriWay

SafiriWay is a digital marketplace that connects cargo owners with independent drivers for the transportation of goods. SafiriWay does not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transport services. All transport agreements are made directly between users.

3. User Roles

Users may participate on the platform as:

• Cargo Owners — users requesting transport for goods
• Drivers — independent vehicle owners offering transport services

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, communicating clearly, and complying with all applicable laws. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy, insured, and suitable for the cargo accepted.

5. Pricing, Negotiation & Payments

Prices shown in the app may be estimates. Final pricing is agreed directly between the cargo owner and driver through acceptance or counter-offers. SafiriWay does not currently process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes.

6. Platform Limitations

SafiriWay does not guarantee availability, pricing, delivery outcomes, or user behavior. Users engage at their own discretion. SafiriWay is not liable for loss, damage, delays, or disputes arising from trips arranged through the platform.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

SafiriWay may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise community safety.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

SafiriWay processes personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) and applicable data protection laws. Details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
